Our cancellation policy
We have a strict cancellation policy in order to offer a timely and effective service to our clients.
If you cannot make an appointment that has been booked in, please contact us as early as possible and we will be happy to rearrange this for you.
If you cancel an appointment with less than 24hrs notice, we will charge you for the full session. If you cancel with less than 48hrs notice, we may still charge you for room booking fees.
PRIVATE MEDICAL INSURANCE
Our psychologists work with a number of private medical insurance companies. Please contact your insurance company to see if you are entitled to psychological therapy in your plan.
Please be aware that we only offer a small amount of insurance session slots (due to restrictions in fees) so there may be a longer waiting time for an appointment.
