We offer psychological assessment and treatment to people over 18. Mental health difficulties can occur at any time during our lives. Sometimes, there are specific triggers such as stress at work or difficulties in relationships. However, sometimes it can be hard to pinpoint triggers and the difficulties feel more generalised. We recognise the importance of working together to understand what is needed to help things move forward.
